🆕NHS England figures published today show that the heart care waiting list rose to a record high of 428,067 in August for the ninth month in a row.
We're calling on the new Government to prioritise CVD and put in place a Heart Disease Action Plan 📢

But in a new @TheIFS election briefing, we show that health spending has grown SLOWER than planned at the 2019 election.

📢New statistics released today show that the cardiac care waiting list has risen to a new record high.
At the end of March 2024, there were 414,596 people waiting for heart care, an increase of over 6000 on the previous month 💔
