@shiply light freight shipping process is like trying to get a taxi in Morocco. They will stop when u hail them, ask where ur going, then drive off. Or pick u up, decide what they'll charge u when they've figured out how many people they can pick up along the way

@shiply @Shiply: just don't do it. They accept quotes even when they don't have a driver anywhere near your pick up & then do this dance with u for days abt not having drivers. Or they call u the day of expecting u to run home from work to accomodate them while you're paying $$$$$

@VW If you created the faulty equipment, you should make it EASY for your customers to get the replacement. I've asked my local dealership to let me know when they will have the replacement...and no surprise, no answer.
