Your flight attendant wrongly removed my bag where I was instructed to place. When I travel through #dfw airport my AirPods ping as they are being located in the area. Proceed with reimbursement-it’s been almost 3 months with no resolution.

Also restitution for my bag removed by your airline, missing work & continuous inconvenience.

@AmericanAir found my bag THEY TOOK OFF MY PLANE & it even arrived 2 days early! 💕 I HAD TO PAY $55 to get it shipped to me and my @Apple AIRPOD PROS ARE MISSING. 😩 I am shocked the flight attendant took it off my plane & just as shocked most of it got back to me. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@AmericanAir please advise how I receive reimbursement for my bag containing laptop, iPad, AirPods and medications. My bag was taken off my plane before we tool off, given to the gate attendant by your flight attendant without my permission or checking with me. It is unacceptable

@MomoNoHomo98 @AmericanAir It reminds me of when TSA looked through my bag a few years ago on an American flight and my Coach leather makeup bag was not put back. The total value of it & it’s contents was easily over $1000 and just gone no reply. They asked for a detailed list which I provided and nothing.
