Out of all the sports I coached this year... powerlifting gas been the most rewarding. Looking forward to next year but before the year ends we got the opportunity to watch one of our HS seniors compete in his first non school powerlifting meet. I have made the decision to take up powerlifting as well. Young and old.... best sport to build confidence and to support your fellow lifters.
