@AvantiWestCoast my husband and friend were directed to an incorrect train from Liverpool Lime Street and are now in Doncaster and have been told there is no connecting trains till 5 am. 1/5

@TPExpressTrains my husband was advised this as Liverpool Lime Street - We were advised us to go to platform 4 train to Doncaster change to London Euston via a new trains Arranged by TPE on this occasion due to issues at Liverpool Lime Street.

FYI Wayne in this case is not Batman but the LNER manager at Doncaster.

@NetworkRailLIV 3 hours later and nothing has changed. People still waiting outside. Add to it the chaos of the recent car collision and it’s a powder keg about to go off. Communication during moments of crisis is key not silence! I’m getting more info on twitter than at the station. Awful!

My family have been waiting for ages outside and their train was at 18.15. Ridiculous organisation. Sort it out!!!!
