@rajivgoyal How franchisee going to help consumer. It will increase the cost. Telecom sector and electricity sector are different. Why so many law officers. This sector shall run technocrats. Existing laws if implemented properly new structure is not required.

Sir,
ENRON chief was jailed in US. No action to dhabol in India. All nationalised banks lost huge public money. Why so many Assets are stranded in Generation sector now. These are public money. AES left the country from odisha abruptly. Replacement of systems is not solution.

@ApsebEngineers Agree. But nothing is linked to privatisation in amendment Act. Which company has funds today to come and take any discom part , who will pay to them, tariff are not going to increase for next3years. That's why I am saying let's dissect each section ..pls share No. ,Can explain
