Recently bought a bajaj cooler from Amazon with 10 days replacement policy and received a defective product. Raised an issue with Bajaj and they canceled the issue ticket. Called Amazon for replacement and they denied any help.

@AmazonHelp I have no patience to explain the same problem to the 15th person. If you guys don't have a case history you guys are disaster in terms of a customer service management.
@amazonIN I am sorry to say but you have an inefficient costomer service team with you, which can't handle a single request. For you it might be just a number of accuracy of success but the one you failed to achieve might mean a lot for someone else. #fraud#failedtodeliver

@AmazonHelp This representative also left without resolving the issue. I don't want to name the representatives on a public forum. But this is a disastrous customer service from such a huge organisation and definitely not expected.
@AmazonHelp I was provided with 2 option, one normal delivery - 30th April to 2 May, faster delivery with 100 bucks extra, 28th April - 2 May. I selected the faster option. And later it was promised by your representative to be delivered by 1st May as it was urgent for me.
@AmazonHelp All I am asking, is if the delivery is a third party and not in your hand, why was an option for faster delivery kept over there, and even if it is not possible, why your representative made a false promise to me.
@AmazonHelp This time I wanted to check with the supervisor expecting him to resolve my problem and not to my surprise he was the rudest of them all and he asked me to go to any medium but the promise will not be fulfilled. He refused to even write down the whole scenario.
@AmazonHelp Secondly, I raised this concern to a customer representative couple of days back and he promised that the item will be delivered on 1st of May. Today I checked again and it was said that it will not be delivered on 1st May.
@AmazonHelp I have bought an item with some extra payment for faster delivery. Firstly, Even though the delivery was not controlled by Amazon, I was given and option to pay for father delivery. As i needed the item to be delivered by 1st May, I chose to pay extra bucks.
