💪🏾🧠 STRONG MEN MAKE HEALTHY CHOICES.
We believe strength is not about how much you can drink or what substances you can handle.
True strength is:
✅ Protecting your mental clarity
✅ Guarding your relationships
✅ Building your career
✅ Securing your future
Staying away from drugs and alcohol is not weakness. It is wisdom.
📞 1192 – Toll-free, confidential.
🌞💚 WEEKEND PLANS SHOULD NOT COST YOU YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.
Choose activities that uplift you – without exposing you to alcohol and drug abuse.
🏃🏽♀️ Sports | 🎨 Hobbies | 🌳 Nature | 👨👩👧👦 Family time | 📚 Reading
Protect your peace. Protect your mind. Your weekend should refresh you – not set you back.
📞 1192 – Toll-free, confidential.
🌱 WE PLANTED 502 SEEDLINGS. WE PLANTED KNOWLEDGE. WE PLANTED HOPE.
We organized a seedling planting exercise & Alcohol and Drug Abuse (ADA) sensitization forum at Mghambonyi Primary & Secondary School in Taita Taveta.
We educated learners, teachers, and parents on:
✅ National Guidelines
✅ Staying drug-free
✅ Responsible choices
✅ Prioritizing education
Partnering with Taita Taveta Community Working Group, Green Youth Movement CBO, and the DCC office, we planted 502 seedlings on school grounds.
🌍 Environmental conservation + substance prevention = Our formula for a better future.
🧠💪 We don’t hide. We heal.
Men’s Health Month = Our reminder that seeking help is strength.
We speak up. We get support. We live drug-free. 🚫
Let’s end the silence. Let’s save lives.
🏠💪 We build from within.
A healthy man = healthy family = healthy community.
We say no to alcohol & drug abuse. We invest in our wellbeing. 🧠🚫🍻
Start with you. Lift everyone else.
🤝📊 WE TOOK OUR MESSAGE TO HEALTH AND JUSTICE PARTNERS IN WEST POKOT.
Today, we participated in two critical meetings:
🩸 World Menstrual Day Planning Meeting (MOH) – We will reach young girls AND boys with life skills, refusal skills, and National School Guidelines.
⚖️ Court Users Committee Meeting (Judiciary) – We advised on mental health referrals for prisoners with substance use disorders. We also highlighted our gap: West Pokot still lacks a treatment and rehab facility.
We also shared updates on the upcoming IDADA celebrations.
We are collaborating across sectors. We are raising every voice. 💪🏽🚫
🌱 TREES. KNOWLEDGE. A DRUG-FREE GENERATION. WE DELIVERED ALL THREE.
We partnered with Kenya Forestry Services for a tree planting exercise in Nyamira South at Reng'enyo Primary School.
We planted trees. Then we planted something even more important, Alcohol and Drug Abuse (ADA) prevention knowledge in young minds.
We grow futures. Not addiction. 🌳🚫🍾
Day 1 of 14 in Nyeri! 🚨
We hit the ground running at Nyeri High School alongside County Commissioner Biwott, the County Education Director, and security teams to launch a major campaign against drug abuse in schools. 🏫🚫
The message from the top was clear: Protect our children. Echoing the President’s call, we are here to take action.
What’s happening on the ground?
✅ Students from Nyeri High, Chinga Boys, Giakanja Boys, and Rware High got real talk on peer pressure & refusal skills. 💪
✅ Teachers received the National Guidelines to strengthen school prevention systems. 📚
✅ The Essay Competition is ON—we can’t wait to see the ideas these bright students have! ✍️
This is what a community working together looks like. Great job, Nyeri team! 👏
🚨 Crackdown in Mwea Town 🚨
We are teaming up with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board to nab pharmacies selling Artane without a prescription. 🛑💊
The misuse of prescription drugs for non-medical purposes is a serious threat to health and safety. We are committed to cleaning up our streets and pharmacies.
