@Mazz258@Isotolerant12@PlatinumDeclan@GalacticMj Goku wanted to fight, but he did make a reasonable excuse as to why he objected, and Vegeta just wanted to fight. The other people, their objections were more of a logistical problem, not actually supporting Goku and Vegeta’s points.
@Mazz258@Isotolerant12@PlatinumDeclan@GalacticMj To answer the first point: yes, it’s not his job, but he could have stopped them. To answer your second point: Yes. If I have the reasonable ability to save someone and I don’t do it, that’s dark. Reasonable in this case meaning I won’t be injured. Even calling police fits.
@Mazz258@Isotolerant12@PlatinumDeclan@GalacticMj You totally misunderstood my point here. I didn’t say that Goku doesn’t hope people change, I said what he does isn’t in the hope that people change. He wants a fight, but if the person changes as well, he’s happy with that.
@CARB0NADO0@Yolo360Swag Sometimes you can come off as someone who doesn’t know anything because you say something like it’s a revelation. Doesn’t matter how much you know if you say “Larpers don’t understand that Ryu tries to understand himself through fighting and doesn’t actually like to fight.”
@Isotolerant12@PlatinumDeclan@Mazz258@GalacticMj People like someone who finishes fights, while Goku doesn’t, not in hope that the people change, but for his own enjoyment, and people changing comes from themselves. He knows his actions have consequences, but as long as it doesn’t hurt people he can see it’s no problem.
@Isotolerant12@PlatinumDeclan@Mazz258@GalacticMj To answer all of you, I said it in my post with Hit. He doesn’t reall care about saving people not in front of him. If Frieza terrorized the universe without coming back after Goku and his friends, Goku wouldn’t worry about it. That’s his darker side.
@CARB0NADO0@Yolo360Swag It’s because even larpers knew this, and it’s a pretty badly written scene they chose for this anyway. Ironically they come off more as a larger for saying that people don’t know Juri.
@Yolo360Swag This is like the most cringe explanation of the character I’ve seen yet. Yes, she is a poseur, but half of her personality is real. It’s not just a defense mechanism, but anger and drive to kill Bison. That’s why in 6 she lost motivation after Bison died.
@PlatinumDeclan@GalacticMj He’s saying that Toei only animated the heroic parts of Goku and less so the parts of him that show a darker side to his actions. It’s like how he doesn’t care that Hit is an Assassin, he’s fine befriending him without being offended at his Job.
@Myrrcat8@AmyRosified The only reason I didn’t hate Jason before the chapter is that it’s made obvious that in Okeanos he thought everything could work out for everyone’s better and was being gaslit, and in the temple of time he saw what needed to be done and sacrificed safety to help us.

@RodriWinchester@DEB10042 The translation did you dirty. It said that Morrison did Crisis on Infinite Earths instead of Final Crisis, so I had to make sure your original wasn’t wrong. Also Morrison is a broken clock, bad takes and stories, but also some gems rarely.
@Pentago59301022@kukelme@DB_Simplemente He should surpass Guy eventually, but he isn't fighting to be acknowledged anymore and that was a major part of Naruto. If you have nothing to prove about yourself to others, are you going to grow as much? It's coherent, just not satisfying if you like Lee.
@Amenotejikara69@NMageknight14 Okay, either you are a troll or just ignorant. You pulled the "You didn't read it" card because you have no real way to defend your argument without it. Go somewhere else. I could try harder and pull up actual proof, but you aren't worth the effort.
@Pentago59301022@kukelme@DB_Simplemente Lee's story is about hard work from nothing, but that's not what the series as a whole is about. It's more about acknowledgement and understanding. Lee is already acknowledged by Guy, and most other characters which means he has nowhere to grow.
@Amenotejikara69@NMageknight14 Also the only time she hits Naruto in the manga is when he actually goes overboard. And Sasuke hate gets blown up by the anime too because they made him too stoic when his character in the manga wasn't like that, and was more respectful (in Japanese) in Part 1.
@Amenotejikara69@NMageknight14 This is false. Sasuke actually relied on her, and was shown feeling more than just friendly to her. The anime just made him stonefaced most of the time, and any time she actually helped Sasuke and it was reciprocated, that was cut out of the anime.
