Updated Flight Simulator map to include all of the Points of Interest, custom airports (by edition) and detailed 3D cities (photogrammetry). Good way decide where to fly. πβοΈ@MSFSofficial#MicrosoftFlightSimulator

@zipiol@MSFSofficial@NASAArtemis@NASAKennedy Not as fancy as TerraBuilder, but I made a free add-on several years ago which adds many NASA buildings including the VAB, the launch complex and many more. https://t.co/CZEXqKLud3
@MSFSofficial The map has now surpassed 2 million views! Thatβs ~1,400 page views each day or ~1 per minute. As long as @MSFSofficial keeps adding more content, I will keep updating! π

@walker_pop@MSFSofficial@AsoboStudio Thank you for your comment! Going on four years of keeping it up to date and is coming up on 2 million views! Letβs see what 2024 brings us!
@Prince_AKR@MSFSofficial@elgato I use "Spad Next" to make my own but you can also use "Axis And Ohs" (haven't used it myself) to program the Stream Deck with MSFS.
@WINWING_SIM Unless this FCU is able to be used with Spad Next and/or Mobiflight, the usefulness is very limited. Please open up and make it accessible through webinterfaceing or other means of writing to displays and LEDs
@MSFSofficial As others have correctly noted: "Aeropuerto Internacional Vilo AcuΓ±a". Screenshot already added to my map of all World Updates: π https://t.co/WXvfeVfFKR
@iniBuilds Clues: They previously said many times it would be BIG. Now they say its the "Ultimate Airliner" and that pic is of a GE CF6-80 or -50 engine.
One plane fits all those clues perfectly: B747-400 with an outside chance it can be a 747-300.
@flightsim_to Thank you for hearing our feedback as developers and for updating your terms to allow us to delete our content *for any reason and at any time*. Your responsiveness is greatly appreciated and I have decided to continue using the site going forward.
@timwintle1979 Hello! Fixed! Thank you so much for highlighting the exact location of that stadium. I am surprised the smaller field was not modeled in world update 3 but found a good one here: https://t.co/YMNQryuCjK. Always grateful when folks send me corrections.
@MSFSofficial Congratulations! While Flight Simulator celebrates 10 million pilots, my map showing all of the hand crafted airports and points of interest will *soon* reach 1 million views π https://t.co/5K7uEa03WG

@smartapplerocks@MSFSofficial Hello and yes. I have been updating it right after every world update. The last update date is shown on the upper left of the map. (currently the 20th of May, 2022)
@flightsim_to Very sad. It goes against what so many armchair pilots enjoy out of this hobby which is creating and sharing free content to make paid products better.
@MSFSofficial released World Update #2 (USA) today which adds Kennedy Space Center visitor's center. Excellent! π However, the VAB and the launch complexes around Kennedy are still missing. If you haven't done so yet, download my free addon: https://t.co/IjJTmwzDea ππ
@DaSchwartz96 Thank you for your comment! Sorry to hear about the closure of that airport. I took a peek in google earth and it is still there. There are so many interesting airports I wish I had more time to do more.
