The cities of the central Mexican plateau like Cuernavaca or Puebla are great and beautiful. Americans don’t seem to know that these places have temperate climates that are often 65-75 degrees in the summer, European style cobblestone streets with castles downtown, beautiful gardens and are super affordable.
