Cancellation at just 4 hours before the flight time made the students traveling first time alone to US stranded and the journey till destination took 45 plus hours against 20 hours.

We had a very pathetic experience due to Cancellation of flight BA0121 on 11 August. The flight got cancelled just few hours before the departure time. My son travelled first time alone and he took 45 hours to reach the destination instead of 20 hours

Please don't choose BA. inspite of payment of premium amount for a one stop flight, the BA made us travel with 3 stops and lay overs. And on top of it baggage was not delivered at the destination!!!
