Under construction border markets will facilitate trade after border fencing. MoU already signed with Iran will enable ppl of Makran Div to trade with Iran without unnecessary hurdles. GoB plans to have such market n every bordering dist with Iran. 2/2

Honoured as Chief Guest of Regional Dialogue on the Role of Parliament in Enhancing Investment, Trade and Industrial Development under CPEC in Balochistan province. Balochistan needs to be prioritised in all projects since it is crown jewel of multi-billion CPEC.

A progress-review meeting under Chairman Parliament. CPEC committee @saarbab assessed the implementation of CPEC projects in Bln, which was attended parliamentarians & relevant officials. Genuine concerns about CPEC projects were raised with demands of due share for the province.

One out of total 3 passages/bridges of Gwadar East-bay Expressway has been opened for local fishermen.Provincial Govt, with support of Fed. Govt, COPHC & Pak. Army,is taking all possible measures & initiatives for the facilitation of indigenous fishing community in the port city.

On the orders of Balochistan Govt several illegal fishing trawlers have been confiscated by the Fisheries & MSA in 12 nautical miles of provincial coastline. All coastal LEAs have been directed to take necessary measures for protection of local fishermen’s livelihood.

Govt has decided to introduce massive reforms in Heath sector under Health Minister Syed Ehsan Shah. MSD & purchasing power to be devolved to districts with a transparent mechanism. A Medicine Coordination Committee will also be established for fair disbursement of resources.
