@NCAA_PR What happens to HS recruits? Seems that’s who is not being listened to either.

@NCAA_PR What happens to 2027s who have verbally committed and coaches have offered scholarhsips. There’s going to be one HS class getting screwed over where there isn’t s need for new freshman to replace seniors when they all get s 5th year of eligibility, whenever that is.

@ClayTravis If we’re bounding a kid to a school for 2 years, does that obligate the school to scholarship that player too for the same period? Why would they do that, HS players are paying the highest price by not be recruited, Portal offers win now for coaches rather develop them.

@ClayTravis So no fix for the non-revenue sports? We’re just going to let them die? Baseball, softball, Olympic sports? All to satisfy football and basketball?

@ClayTravis The SEC is in trouble in the era of NIL. Too many schools in smaller towns in states of smaller populations or in states with split fandom. Not enough to businesses in major metro areas to sustain year after year of 30-50MIL football teams from rich alumni.
