How exactly would it disenfranchise voters??? Everyone carries an id card of some type. You can’t buy liquor, tobacco products and other restricted items without an id so again how is proof of citizenship going to make it difficult to vote unless you aren’t here legally? Oh, I guess that’s the reason. You know Democrats have a difficult time getting elected without the illegal voting. Sad.
