What a journey it has been this season. This is my final FHSAA 400H race. I am extremely grateful for a good race and PR of 1:02.77. My coach @Exquisite_OSB advised me of the race plan and I did my best to execute a good race. Thank you to my support team.

[Arbriel Anjalí @ArbrielA]

It’s been three years since I have been able to get on the podium in the 100H. All Glory goes to God himself. I am extremely excited as this is my final FHSAA 100H race.

[Arbriel Anjalí @ArbrielA]

Let me tell y’all about a time when my coach tried to kill with 1,3,5,7,9 hurdle work @Exquisite_OSB

[Arbriel Anjalí @ArbrielA]

This award means a lot to me because the day of the District meet I found out that my bonus sister was fatally shot and killed. I was torn to pieces, but I still had to give my best performance !

[Arbriel Anjalí @ArbrielA]

Wow, I am lost for words. This is a tremendous honor. I am overwhelmed, excited and grateful to be named Evans High school student athlete of the Year. This is a testament of all my hard work and dedication on the track. To God be the Glory without him nothing is possible!

[Arbriel Anjalí @ArbrielA]

Today was my last high school District Championship and I am proud to say that I am a double District Champion in the 100H/400H. Two solid races with a season best in the 400H. Regionals up next… @Exquisite_OSB
