The H ble CM had a review meeting on the failure on 9 th June when a cloudburst let loose a torrent of rain and led to severe water logging , 176 tree collapses etc and huge traffic jams for several hours . A stern warning was sent out to all officers of all departments to plan properly , coordinate well and be physically available on the streets to manage the chaos .
