Gonna take a break from this place for a while, there's very little of value anymore. Just opinionated idiots incapable of real discussion, Nazi losers posting AI junk, ultra left winger chuds who essentially just argue like Nazis if anyone doesn't agree to their buzzword junk...
I’ve already had such an amazing time at @3rdStrikeOpen!!! 🤠🥹🔥

1. 2v2 Teams: Team “Let’s Fucking GOU(KI)”
I’d heard of Therapist/Kevin’s amazing Akuma for 15 years, and yet we’d never played a single game against each other until he joined Fightcade about a year ago, and I’d never met him until this January. We have played many epic sets since then, and as of late, really helped each other grow as Akuma players! I asked him to team on frame one, and it was a blast. We both played pretty awesomely before BARELY losing our games to Resolve (and Frankie), the eventual champs, and finished 3rd. We were both kinda “GRRRRRR so cloooose,” but I’m proud of us and it was an awesome experience!
2. Reunited with my “rival” from Japan, @hebokokko (actually, I just realized that he took the picture, so I don’t have it lmao)
3. Today’s fit, a proverbial LEWK I’m serving up, a shirt I got on my recent trip to Florida (for those who don’t know, these are classic cheeseball airbrush shirts common on the Florida panhandle) for 3v3 Teams with Makoto Mike and ChrisDat! Feeling very strong right now, just want to do my best and play free and have fun :)
Can’t wait to see all of you today!

@aniken0926's post here is Fight Wisdom.
All of us lose to a stronger player at some point. All of us. Even the greatest of Champions.
It's important to take defeat with humility and honor those who bested us. When we honor those who beat us, we also honor yourselves and the Time we take to train.
In those rare moments, the Greatest amongst us will then take that lens of humility and build on it in the silence.
They become Humbler, Wiser and Stronger.

This is just my observation with this discourse but I think because of how rich the arcade Tekken culture was in Japan and Korea, most of the old heads here don’t really care for the preservation of older Tekken as they treat it as the past and sort of this “let’s just focus on the current one” way of thinking. Past is the past and probably a lot of old heads are satisfied enough with the past series.
However in the west, a lot of us were influenced by Tekken crash/MainStreetRyu especially ones that are young but we never got to experience green arcade or real arcade Tekken culture and kinda stuck with the shitty t6 console version at home. Which is probably why we tend to be a lot more vocal and wanting to relive something we never got to experience by trying to bring back older Tekken to replace this current version despite the legality of it.
