What's new for our customers this month? 👀
The team shipped some big updates in October that make it easier to gather precise feedback, share securely, keep sensitive details private, and more, including:
📹 Protect confidentiality with video blur
📄 Turn demos into step-by-step product guides in a matter of seconds
💬 Comment on a specific step or exact second for more pinpointed feedback

In enterprise sales, product demos can be a pivotal touchpoint where deals either close, or stall.
But too often, sellers don’t have visibility into who’s engaged with what, while internal teams wrestle with scattered feedback and slow review cycles.
We’ve heard it time and time again – the tech hasn’t kept up with the times. Today, that changes.
We’re excited to announce three new features that give GTM teams more control over the end-to-end demo experience:
✨ Custom Links give sellers instant visibility into external engagement ✨ Track who’s watching, when they’re watching, and add guardrails like expirations or passcodes.
✨ Commenting turns demos into living workspaces for internal teams ✨ Feedback, edits, and approvals all stay in context — right inside the demo — so alignment happens faster.
✨ Collaboration Roles give enterprises the governance they need ✨ With role-based access, teams keep demos consistent, secure, and scalable.
The result is interactive demos that are trackable, collaborative, and enterprise-ready — designed to help today’s GTM teams win.

🚀 August 2025: Top SaaS Vendors on @tryramp 🚀
Every month, we analyze first-time vendor transactions via Ramp's corporate card and Bill Pay platform to identify which SaaS vendors are gaining traction across our customer base.
This month’s data arrives against a challenging economic backdrop: namely, the BLS’s revised jobs data revealing a slowdown in hiring. We saw @instawork (on-demand staffing marketplace) crack our list for the first time, potentially suggesting that businesses are using temporary workers to fill roles in the face of economic uncertainty.
Meanwhile, AI vendors keep surfacing: this month, @contentsq and @xai, as well as @arcade_demo (product demos) and @statsig (product experimentation platform). It's a great time to be a builder!

🚀 Arcade Desktop 2.0 is here.
You can now capture any product flow - native desktop, terminal apps, mobile apps, browser - in one seamless take.
With smarter polish, camera and mic support, and Avery AI built-in, it’s designed for storytellers who want to move fast and make it beautiful.
Check it out here: https://t.co/IthqlyvaoR
We built this for the teams who kept hitting the limits of a browser-only recorder. For devs recording CLI tools. For mobile-first teams. For storytellers who need to show how it really works.
🎥 Record your product. Add your face and voice. Share it in seconds.
It’s free for all users starting today.
Huge shout out to our design and eng teams for making this happen: Aleks Faure, Sydney Palumbo, Valérian Galliat, Liisa Sailaranta, and David Magere!
Welcome, Lucy Wonsower! She joins us as our next engineer. She comes from @LaunchDarkly, @autodesk and many other places. We can't wait to build together 🎉
Highlight: Record just what you need ✨
The Arcade Desktop app now lets you select a specific area before you start recording.
Whether you’re demoing a tiny modal or a massive dashboard, you can now zero in on just the part of your screen you want to capture — no more post-recording cropping or awkward framing. It’s the easiest way to get polished, focused demos from the start.
Lots of awesome improvements and bugs fixed too:

Liisa Sailaranta loves @ClifBar (going to stock up more of these in our office and looking forward to company wide discounts), dogs, and snowboarding.
We're thrilled to have her join our journey and can't wait to ship a lot of amazing things 🚀
