Why didn’t women feel the need to self-immolate when their kingdoms fell to any other adversary?

You can’t be dumb enough to not draw the only possible conclusion here.

Nobody glorifies jauhar, it was not picnic.

We “honor” it. No, not the immolation itself but the debilitating sentiment behind it. With the honor we keep our alive in our collective memory. Know why?

Because the demons that drove our ancestors to such extremities still live and breathe amongst us to this day.

Ravi and his wife Shanti, tired of religious persecution in Pakistan, applied for an Indian visa.

They waited and waited. 18 months passed. Visa not approved. Eventually, they decided to risk everything. They crossed the IB on foot, evading Pak Rangers and BSF, and finally set foot in India. Must have felt a flicker of hope for a better life. But that hope was short-lived. After walking nearly 10 km through the Thar desert, they died of thirst and heat.

This raises a question: Why doesn’t India offer automatic visa approval and asylum to minorities from Pak and Bangladesh? It’s our civilizational, moral, and even diplomatic responsibility, as per the Nehru-Liaquat Pact. They stayed back in Pak and Bangladesh because the Indian govt at the time had assured them of their safety.

Funny that people here forge fake persecution certificates, get them signed by MPs, go to Canada, seek asylum, and end up getting citizenship within a few years, all based on fabricated stories. And yet, those who are genuinely persecuted can’t even get a visa from us.

Haryana-based travel YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra, with around 4 lakh subscribers, has been arrested for spying for Pakistan.

She was in a relationship with a Pakistani intelligence operative, visited Pakistan multiple times, and allegedly shared sensitive information about Indian locations. She also promoted a positive image of Pakistan on social media, even during the Pahalgam incident and India’s Op Sindoor response, while staying in Bali with her Pakistani Intel operative boyfriend.

Her arrest strengthens the case for probing Indian influencers and YouTubers who projected a pro-Pakistan image, especially those promoting "Say No to War" or "Sarv Dharm Vada Pav" narratives during Pahalgam to Op Sindoor.
