It's been more than 6 months now, there is no progress??
No customer care help.

@MotorolaUS We ordered change of main Board of my 3 years old Motorola Revou 55" TV, but during installation it was inspected that company sent a refurbished (NOT NEW as it has a lot of scratch marks and repair marks on circuit with no INVOICE and Warranty Bill) board and charging us (1/2)
