As 2025 draws to an end, I have learned so very much. Returns could have been much worse, but also much better had a taken gains early on. On to 2026 🥂
Have to make a lot of money moves this next month. The war has put the U.S. in a huge financial crisis and with no end in sight, things look dismal. If frmi deal doesn't go through Monday, me and I'm sure many other investors are pulling back, if not out
In response to recent reporting by @TexasTribune regarding Fermi’s Board of Directors, we want to clarify that Governor Rick Perry has not been removed from Fermi’s Board of Directors. In fact, both Governor Perry and Jeffrey Stein received a majority of the votes cast by shareholders.
The proposal failed to achieve the required approval threshold following what the company believes was a breach of contractual voting obligations by the Neugebauer shareholders.
Let’s be clear: Governor Perry and Mr. Stein remain members of Fermi’s Board of Directors and will continue serving until their successors are duly elected. Both remain eligible for reelection.
Fermi remains focused on advancing Project Matador, delivering critical American energy infrastructure, and creating long-term value for its shareholders. We will not allow one disgruntled shareholder to distract from that mission to the detriment of the Company.
$FRMI boosting and transaction hasn't even gone through yet with tensorwave. 3 more days till we see what happens. This boost seems optimistic that we wont have another extension.
$FRMI absolutely great news, first clearance for additional 4.4 GW of power to be added to project Matador.
Per Elon and Jensen doing so w attached data centers is like adding 1% to US GDP! $TSLA $SPCX $NVDA
Hopefully the company does a PR about this but share it as it really is an important milestone!
