Ashford United are delighted to announce the signing of left-back Archie Johnson.

Archie arrives at The Green Box Stadium from Sheppey United following an impressive campaign with The Ites, where he was recognised with both the Supporters’ Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year awards.

The experienced defender also brings plenty of success, having secured the Isthmian South East Division title on two occasions with Cray Wanderers.

Margate Football Club can confirm the departure of defender Archie Johnson.

We can also confirm that upon the expiration of his loan, midfielder Ryan Lowe will depart and head back to Colchester United.
