@SwiggyCares But I did not give input. I asked a question: what about the refund ? I believe according to Indian law you cannot charge for one item and give another lower priced item.

@SwiggyCares ordered mutton jahangiri few days back got chicken jahangiri. Contacted your chat and email support but only got automated reply of no refund possible, give feedback to restaurant.

@SwiggyCares ordered for ice cream today. Got two different ice creams than ordered (lower priced ones) and no spoons. When I raised concern I got email from you that refund is not possible just I can give feedback. This is unacceptable. I want full refund of the order asap.

@letsblinkit ordered gold flake king size three packets of 10 each. 2 are ok. But the third one a normal gold flake packet has been delivered. Support says correct items have been delivered. Pathetic experience.

@RockWithboAt got a replaced rockerz neckband after 6 months. that turned out to be used. i could not find it, but i think boat return policy allows this
