@Crompton_India Crompton has pathetic service. Newly purchased BLDC Fan has noise issue and technician said motor has to be replaced. Since then more than a month no response, not picking calls. All complaints get closed or cancelled without resolution.

I explained that even after going through all these, i still have to book at the same price I paid originally, how is a compensation? They executive replied this is the max they can offer.
I thought Royal Brothers had better service, but they are same as other local companies
Pretty horrible first experience with @RoyalBrothersIN , just 40 mins before pickup when I reached the location they said bike is not available, can either take different one or cancel.
I wanted that specific bike, contacted customer care and questioned why was I not told bfore
I had to cancel my plans in the end moment and I had travelled 15 kms to the pickup point only to go back empty handed.
I asked for a compensation for the inconvenience. They offered a 10% coupon, but the fact is since I was a first user i already had 10% off in my booking.

Without using any data on my secondary BSNL sim, randomly 25ps gets debited multiple times a day. I have even disabled data services for my connection yet it's getting debited
Even spoke with customer care yday and they said it wont be debited anymore
@rocksDxbec The problem is in the way they are pushing it as Indian's own AI or comparing with DeepSeek & saying its the best. It is what it is. If it's a ground up developed LLM (doesn't matter if it's best of best) then we can call it India's own AI.
If its a wrapper, just be honest.
@rarerabbit_in you are calling yourself a luxury brand, and an efficient and helpful customer service should be a part of it. Please look into this and help, I have been a rarerabbit customer before but seeing incidents like this is making me reconsider buying from you.
@AjioCares WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had raised a complaint regarding missing item in the product I ordered due to which I am unable to return it as well. 3 days no resolution, no update. Disappointed with such horrible service.

@AjioCares I had ordered a riding jacket from ajio, it was supposed to come with a Rain Jacket which is missing. Raised a complaint but ETA of the resolution is too much, as the price I've paid is high I cannot wait too long. Please take back and issue refund asap COM00084030954
@Olacabs Ordered food, delivery was supposed to happen soon but app shows as delivery in 14 minutes since past 20 mins, but delivery partner tracking says 50 mins. Help is also not working to cancel the order. This is PATHETIC.
