@alvaro_maestro The biggest difference between having a Dog or a Cat is simple. When you have a Dog you own the Dog you are its master. When you have a Cat the Cat owns you it is the master. Anyone can have and own a Dog, but a Cat chooses who to be with and have around.

@threenotes_jp When my anxiety hits me my cat knows and comes to my aid, before full blown panic attack manifests. I turn off all external noise and just talk to her. After about 30mins I'm good.
