@RiotPhroxzon This doesn’t seem like the right approach to ROA. A scaling item shouldn’t cap out at 75 ap especially when it use to give 100 ap. Simply revert the catalyst buff or nerf the mana and regen on the item which hurts mages like Victor more than champs like Sylas who need the health
