@AskeBay need help with a return request from a buyer. In the case it's stated as delivered but the tracking shows it as not delivered.. and it hasn't been delivered! Case won't let me report as not delivered. What should I do?

Hi @AskeBay need some assistance with a return request from a buyer. Haven't received the return yet and the tracking number confirms this.. yet it's says delivered in the case.. and there is no option to report the item as not delivered to me yet?!

Hi @AskeBay I was sold an item that wasn't as described. Seller said it wasn't enough of an error to deem a free return & refund. They advertised the coat as being filled with 'down' but was actually a synthetic filling.. quite a big difference IMO. Can I get some help with this?

@AskeBay Another point on this, I have a couple 'multiple' listings,1 item in different lengths. Each variation is under a 100g and fits into a 'large letter' price varies from £4 to £25 simple delivery makes the postage cost nearly as much as the cheapest variation! It doesn't make sense

@AskeBay Thanks for the speedy response, if that the case, I'll have to stop selling some items. I don't understand why you are making it less flexible? Been selling for 20+ years.. why change this now?

@Google all my timeline data prior to Feb 25 has completely disappeared. As far as I can tell, always had backup enabled / auto delete off.. what has happened? Seems the same for a lot of users. Can someone help??
