Before suspending any Palestinian account—especially those posting from Gaza—you must exercise extreme caution.

There is almost no international media presence on the ground in Gaza. The only way much of the world sees what is happening is through your platforms. Like it or not, you’ve become a vital window into Gaza.

So when you remove our footage, you are not just deleting a post—you are actively contributing to the media silence that enables war crimes.
When you suspend an account, you are shattering what little remains of that fragile window and preventing the world from bearing witness.

Over the past days and weeks, Instagram, Facebook, and Substack have suspended my accounts—sometimes for hours, sometimes for days. X has repeatedly locked me out and forced me to remove videos. In some cases, I had no choice but to comply, just to keep updating people in real time.

I ask you—do not silence us. Do not take down our posts.
Do not become complicit in the machinery of death.
