@UC_Assist The painter came to fix the issue, he did half of the work yesterday and told he will complete the rest tomorrow, till now, he hasn’t come, when contacting the person told it’ll be done today, but now I am being told, they can’t come. Please address this issue ASAP.
@urbancompany_UC@UC_Assist is honestly the worst customer centric company, because of incorrect installation by you guys, the property got damaged, the issue was raised on 16th December and till today you guys haven’t resolved it. I was told it will be resolved within max 7 days
@UC_Assist We have already given our approval for the resolution suggested and I was told it will be done by yesterday, still no communication, you guys really need to keep your words otherwise please don’t make false promises. Extremely disappointed.

My ICICI Bank credit card was couriered to me through bluedart. For the last 2 days, I keep getting messages that my premise is closed, so unable to deliver, but in truth, no one has visited, not even called. Can you kindly make sure it's delivered ASAP.
@ACTFibernet I took ACT connection yesterday and now today the router has stopped working. I have raised this request SR10272205352194 but I’m yet to receive any ETR.
Request you to resolve this issue at the earliest as it’s a major inconvenience for WFH people.
