Has anyone bought or leased a second hand EV through their limited company - I’m interested to see if it could save us money but I can’t find much info online ( I have asked the accountant but not heard back yet!)
What a difference a year makes! 🙌
This time last year we were delighted to hear that the ban on buying new petrol and diesel cars would be brought forward from 2040 to 2035...
Now, one year later, the ban will come into effect in 2030! Exciting times ahead! ⚡️
Thinking of finally getting an EV now they are going down in price second hand. What do we need to look out for with a second hand Leaf for about £7k? How can you tell how good the battery is?
Have seen a ‘17 plate Tesla S for sale less than £30k - EVs are getting cheaper but to say our main car is worth 10th of that and doing just fine and we don’t do many miles, it really isn’t worth us making the leap yet (not to a Tesla but even an MG).
To celebrate the #ArnoldClarkRealSale, we're giving you the chance to win a 70 plate white Renault Clio Play! To enter, RT this post and reply using #ArnoldClarkRealSale, and let us know who your favourite road trip buddy is!

Opening this summer, the site will host 24 charging bays, a range of quality retail facilities and deliver 350kW of charging power to #EVs 💪🚗

Really want an electric car & hop3 the second hand EV market picks up soon - the majority of people can’t afford one. The infrastructure isn’t quite there but I‘d have one as a 2nd car like a shot if they were comparable in price. we don’t do enough miles to warrant the extra.
@realbengilligan Depends on the range, get a Tesla ;) though in reality I think in the next 2 years infrastructure will improve loads so that worry will be taken away
