@bakla_ffxiv I found it quite useful to help me level up and I find the AI of the squadron members a little better than the NPCs from Duty Support, but it's kinda sad they abandoned the Grand Companies at lvl 50.

As I said, there isn't much more to it. Some mats for Relics I think?

@bakla_ffxiv as someone who maxed that content, there's no much to it. You can lead them in some dungeons (a few of them aren't available in duty support, so... that can be useful if you dread the mmo part of the game like me).

It's a requirement to max the rank in the Grand Company, tho.
