🚔 In a first for us, a police officer just reached out attempting to ascertain whether a patient's prescription is genuine.

The patient has seemingly sent the police our way, and filled in consent forms to provide copies to us so we can confirm authenticity, and provide corroborating evidence. We're not sure of their reasoning.

While we're happy to do this, and will - we've also prompted the police force to get in touch with the clinic directly, whom are far better situated to evidence and guarantee authenticity overall.

We've further relayed DHSC guidance to the police force in question, and provided further information on how to verify the pharmacy dispensing label attached to the packaging is genuine.

Without knowing details of the case, the level of scrutiny from the police here does seem a little excessive.

Fingers crossed for the patient 🤞 We'll do whatever we can.
