@vca why won’t you communicate or help me out. I’ve spent thousands on your services and am being ghosted ? I need your help and you dint care. #badhospital #vca #CustomerServiceFail #badform #scam #bbb @bbb_us

Is it normal for an overnighted item to take almost four weeks? @VCAPetHealth why do you keep lying to me? #CustomerServiceFail #customerdissatisfaction #badform #ScamNation #scamming #badvet #badhospital

[Aren Bass @ArenBass]

@VCAPetHealth is all about money and not about client service or the pets. I have been trying to deal with their accounts payable for four weeks and I keep getting told my check is being overnighted and it never comes. #vca #badcustomerservice #scamming #badform #badbusiness

[Aren Bass @ArenBass]

@AlaskaAir this is so deeply frustrating. @AlaskaAir has terrible customer service. I have literally been on hold for 4 hours. Can anyone actually help me #AlaskaAirlines #badcustomerservice #CustomerExperience #bobhopeairport #burbankairport

For you @MariahCarey Biys and girls club kids singing to you! #AllIWantForChristmasIsYou #MariahCarey

[Aren Bass @ArenBass]

@AlaskaAir Call me old fashioned but common decency would mean that I got treated the same as the woman next to me, without having to ask 🤦🏻

[Aren Bass @ArenBass]

Hey @AlaskaAir i just ordered and paid for a Tito’s and juice. The woman next to me@ordered the same runny and the guy gave her a free extra one

[Aren Bass @ArenBass]

@AlaskaAir How #awkward would that be.

[Aren Bass @ArenBass]

Saying “here’s a little something extra for you”. And to me he said “$9.00”. How is that fair or right?
