Snorlax has some of the most iconic lore in Pokémon.

According to the Pokédex, it spends most of its life sleeping and eating, consuming hundreds of pounds of food a day before immediately going back to sleep.

But here’s the crazy part:

Snorlax can eat almost anything, even food that’s spoiled or covered in mold, without getting sick.

A giant Pokémon that sleeps through most of its existence, wakes up to eat everything in sight, and somehow became one of the most beloved Pokémon ever.
