Congratulations to the 206 graduates of the MTC in #Rumbek. The @NLinSouthSudan embassy via @undpsouthsudan and LCAD supports skills development in different trades through vocational training. It was great to attend your graduation and I wish all the graduates the best of luck!

On Monday our First Secretary @ArendvanVuren had the honor of opening the milk handling facility that was constructed by @FondazioneAVSI. This facility was requested by the women of Rumbek and Cueibet so that they have a dedicated spot for selling their milk.

Yesterday, we brought the private sector and our young @orangecornersss entrepreneurs together for the first OC-networking event in Juba. Our ambassador underlined the crucial role the private sector plays in driving South Sudan's development. Thanks @BizEx for organizing!

We thank all participants for a very successful 2024 Water Platform meeting at our Embassy!

We will continue to work with the government of South Sudan and partners to ensure follow-up on the discussions on a One-WASH national program in South Sudan.

Last week I have assumed my new role as First Secretary Development Cooperation at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Juba, South Sudan.
