@EddieComeaux This has to change! Its not about black and white anymore. This fight is about equality for all minorities whos voices are not heard because they are different. This is the golden chance to come together as a human race and demand equality for all! #racialjustice
@BadajozSelena@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar #ucr150@BadajozSelena @rabea_qamar @MisssNallely Having a game plan to make sure athletes are care about academics is vital to their future and the best gane plan i have read about yet. This shows effort and responsibility from staff and players. All lives matter!
#ucr150@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar there are tools given for academic advisors to be able to follow and monitor all patters that are happening in college enviornments involving the athletes. This also helps students transitions into life after college. https://t.co/9HNarIc4ji
@BadajozSelena@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar @BadajozSelena@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar #Ucr150 I completely agree its sad that the ones who are supposed to have their best intrest at heart are the ones that take advantage of them the most. When do the athlete get to feel content that their best intrest is 1st.
#ucr150@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar its sad that the NCAA has to go through paying out millions to athletes in order for the athletes to be heard. As shown in this image all the weight is on the shoulders of athletes while NCAA gets rich!

@BadajozSelena @rabea_qamar @MisssNallely#ucr150@selibadajoz@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar This is so true and definatly a fact. There are so many factors that an athlete will do better at a different school and should not be held back if it benifits them. As long as its not excessive.
#ucr150@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar It seems unfair that athletes have so many restrictions when wanting to transfer. I dont see the freedom in transfering having to loose a year of eligability. I myself was a transfer student but for athletes not easy! https://t.co/hus3WRxY1v
@andreasujeyA1 @MisssNallely @rabea_qamar #ucr150 @andreasujeyA1 @MisssNallely @rabea_qamar this is a huge factor in college athletes. They are so worried about keeping their positions and beimg available for scouts to see them they are willing to play in bad health which is dangerous!
#ucr150 @rabea_qamar @MisssNallely
I think it is awesome that concussion Protocol is now being taken more seriously however, this does not change the fact that sometimes syptoms are not seen until later. Is important to assume and be treated right away. https://t.co/AeMvO9tnUm
@BadajozSelena @rabea_qamar @MisssNallely#ucr150@BadajozSelena@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar creating equal opportunity in sports is amazing but whats not equal is how womens sports are always put second to the men. Women do not get the same pay. Look at the pay in NBA opposed to the WNBA, Now that needs adjusting.
#ucr150@MisssNallely
@rabea_qamar
Such a shame that still today sports are still not equal by gender. 80% of colleges are still non compliant with title IX. Like i used to tell the boys basketball team you think your better then play me! #playlikeagirl
@BadajozSelena@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar #UCR150@BadajozSelena @rabea_qamar @MisssNallely I could not agree more beimg an athlete already holds high expectations and the fact that they have to stress annually on this matter really sucks expecially for those that may have gotten injured or do everything they are told.
#UCR150@MisssNallely
@rabea_qamar
Its really sad that many athletes are taken advantage of through an NLI.. One would think it would be illegal to sign any contract without professional quidance. Parents being present is not professional quidance.

@BadajozSelena@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar #ucr150@BadajozSelena@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar I could not agree with this more what is most sad is if there injureys are life long they are not covered at all. There coverage only lasts as long as they are still on the team which is crazy! Where is the loyalty.
#ucr150@MisssNallely
@rabea_qamar
I seriously do not understand how by giving athletes compensation for their hard work can effect their academic integrity? Athletes should have medical benifits as well as 4-5 year full compensations. Their lives matter!

@BadajozSelena#ucr150@BadajozSelena@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar
I truly agree that is is highly dissapointing that college athletes are not appreciated or heard they way they should be everyday they are on the field they also risk being injured just like in the pros. its unjust!
#ucr150@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar its unjust that colleges player have to go through so many obsticals to be heard. The bring in profit and put themselves into the game just like pros do yet are not given the same voice. College players should be heard and compensated!
#Edu150@MisssNallely @rabea_qamar Crazy that young athletes have to go to such great lengths just to be heard. College athletes take on just as much risk as professional players. Being a college athlete does not make them exempt from injury. If a profit made they should be heard
