सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल ने संविधान सभा में अपने भाषण के दौरान कहा था
“सिविल सेवक राष्ट्र के सेवक हैं, उनका कर्तव्य है कि वे संविधान और कानून के प्रति पूर्ण निष्ठा रखें।”

इसी भावना के साथ भारतीय रेलवे यातायात सेवा (IRTS) के अधिकारी राष्ट्र की इस जीवनरेखा भारतीय रेल को सुचारु, सुरक्षित और तीव्र बनाकर देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को नई गति दे रहे हैं। देश के कोने-कोने तक निर्बाध लॉजिस्टिक्स और सुगम आवागमन सुनिश्चित कर, अपनी अटूट सेवा से पूरे भारत को एक सूत्र में पिरो रहे हैं।

#IRMS through civil services is one of the biggest structural reforms of Indian Railways.

Coming from Civil services, the Officers will have a horizontal outlook unlike representing one particular technical vertical. Ultimately, keeping #NationFirst.
