I’ve formally written to CARS24 seeking a detailed explanation of the failure and clarification on the proposed deduction under their return policy.

I’m hoping they resolve this fairly and transparently.

Imagine buying a car, driving it for less than 30 km, and having to push it to the side of one of the busiest highways because it broke down-all within an hour of taking delivery.

That was my experience with a used Hyundai purchased from @cars24india

Now, when I’m considering returning the vehicle, I’ve been informed that ₹10,000–₹12,000 may be deducted from the refund.

For a car that broke down within an hour and before even completing 30 km of driving, I genuinely don’t understand how such a deduction can be justified.
