All of this was not just the result of internal devaluation spurred by the crisis. There has been a significant policy shift toward supporting exports that comprises tax incentives for R&D, a reduction in the tax burden of labour & capital, facilitating the startup eco-system, ..

In 2010 Greece exported goods & services amounting to 20% of GDP, ranking the country last.

Fast forward to 2021, and the share has more than doubled, to 41% of GDP, higher than Italy, Spain & France and very near Portugal.
