I see a lot of people say “oh use the ‘vod track’ and you’ll be good”. No you won’t. I can full heartedly recommend @ThisIsTheFatRat, @ApproachNirvana for amazing original music, and if you want video game music remixes I recommend @GameChops. The TL;DR of their policies is “put link in panels.”

For TheFatRat, if you post a VOD on YouTube, you may get a copyright notice, but you should be able to dispute and they’ll remove it (they do this to prevent the people who abuse @YouTube ‘s horrendous content ID and copyright systems.
