Yes, I've turned my modem (and router) on and off again. It's a recurring issue on multiple devices across multiple modems, routers, and ethernet cards, through new CAT6 cables, as well as all new hardware installed at my house by them two years ago.

So, yeah.

Imagine having an ISP like @Shentel that actually cares about its current customers having... let me check my notes... reliable internet.

Needless to say, no streams until they hopefully fix it. It's only been TWO YEARS of issues.
