@theunkowngood Also really important is to rest properly between sets 2-3 minutes. Let your body and muscles rest properly so you can properly push all your sets hard.
@theunkowngood In my opinion this is too much volume if you’re using weights that are appropriate for your strength levels. I’d suggest going down to 3 sets max per exercise and pick a weight that allows you to hit a rep range between 8-12 and taking your last set to failure.
