Funny how they sell the equity to avoid paying the options! As seen in India with Jane street getting banned 😂 @realDonaldTrump@SecScottBessent Why you letting this happen? Thought you wanted a higher market! Well on Monday everything will be ok again, just retail gets wrecked like clockwork…

@realDonaldTrump gives @pulte another monster endorsement in his additional DNI role as well as his accomplishments at F2.
"He's very smart. He’s a person who's got high integrity. He's done a phenomenal job at Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. We probably have $1 trillion in value there. When he took over, it was much less.”
"He may find out some things about the rigged election."
"It’s short term, but he may be very effective for a short period of time.”
In the words of Ric Flair, “If ya don’t like it, learn to love it!"
Pulte is gonna keep cookin'... and will likely blow the lid off of more fraud & corruption in the process.
The panic is justified.🔥
$FNMA $FMCC Outlook for Common Shares and Dividends: an Opinion.
All of the following government's equity-stake companies are in capital-intensive, growth-oriented, or recovery-mode sectors (chip manufacturing turnaround, mine development, critical materials processing).
Intel: Suspended its regular quarterly dividend in 2024; trailing twelve-month (TTM) payout and forward yield are $0.00. No dividends are currently declared.
MP Materials, GlobalFoundries, USA Rare Earth, Trilogy Metals, and similar mineral/quantum firms: No dividend history; TTM payout and yield $0.00. These are pre-profit or reinvestment-focused growth companies.
Lithium Americas: No ongoing regular dividends (yield $0.00 forward). It had one large special distribution in late 2023, but nothing since and no regular payout program.
ReElement (and most smaller/privately held or recently spun entities): Not publicly traded in a way that supports dividends or no payout history.
In short, the government holds shares but receives no dividend income from any of these positions at present. These stakes are structured for strategic influence and potential capital appreciation (e.g., Intel’s stock has been cited as having risen sharply post-deal), not current cash flow via dividends.
I have no reason to suspect that the government will break form from the current playroom and pressure F2 to pay out dividends to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac shareholders - at least for the short- to mid-term.
I'd love to be wrong, but that simply means the share price is likely stunted to pay dividends. If the twins were structured like a high-dividend REIT (think $AGNC) I could get behind that - I am just not convinced that's the play here.

@PeterSchiff@Rajatsoni No it’s worth what people will pay for it, nothing more or less. In a world of absolute abundance Gold is worthless and say bitcoin:native is technically priceless 🤣
@sierrastrades@AtlasSimian F2 makes this in just three business days? Sorry but facts. $FNMA Ps I still own GME, so don’t hate on shareholders for providing info 😂
@keithheary92@nicosintichakis@revgalerivs Trump added the total assets under management for f2 aka just less than $10 trillion. However what other companies do you know that manage such money and have low valuations! 🇺🇸
@LauraLoomer But is $FNMA $FMCC worth $10 Trilly that is the 🔑 Question! Now trading on $HOOD thanks Vlad. Loomer Expose the 11k Obama f2 files and stop drinking in public for the love of God 🤣
@luckybazooka@zerohedge Actually a lot could happen, anyone Obama worked with is not immune, they should not hold any government clearance or work again!
@TheFrenchiePug@zerohedge Comey has a right to a trial, Obama has President privilege however his legacy will be destroyed and F2 will never become a Dem piggy bank again like under Jim Johnson!
@HodlMagoo@zerohedge He uncovered Obama dirty laundry at $FNMA and has all the secrets… knows exactly where to look! Trump will love him like a Son soon.
@CarloDAngelo Nice garden! Get some zucchinis plants in, very productive plant as long as you keep taking new zucchini, will keep producing them. The zucchini flowers are incredibly tasty lightly fried tempura style, without stuffing imo 🫡
