@francesbarber13 What's even more shocking is the amount of folk who feel they are experts in the field of virology and vaccinations. I've had 3 jabs and I've had mild covid. Our NHS, and the vulnerable are the ones we're doing this for not for ourselves.

@Octav1usKing I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression caused by PTSD, many years ago.
I dont take medication for it, I use EFT and tapping which helps me deal with my own issues myself. I'm not a slave to those erroneous symptoms depression throws at you.

@Octav1usKing While it doesn't work for everyone there are unique methods to dealing with depression, anxiety and what these two things throw at you using mindfulness.
I dont watch my Ps and Qs around folk, and while I may offend, I never give offence....it is always taken.
