@Jostens Rep at your Prattville, Alabama location very rude & hung up on me when I asked for corporate #. I was charged 2x for a graduation purchase on 2/19. I spoke to a lady in that office she said Id get a refund. Its almost been 1 month and nothing yet.

@Lifetouch took cap and gown pictures for a high school on 2/3/23 NO child has received images. We were quoted 2 weeks for digital image turn around. Someone from your company dropped the ball in a major way and has ruined a few hundred senior's graduation announcements 🥺
