140 days ago, she was taken from her home on February 2, 2026. She is now held in solitary confinement by IRGC Intelligence in Kerman Prison.

Just a woman—cut off from the world, her family left in fear, and her fate unknown.

It’s been 57 days since, #Sara_Sepehri, a Bahá’í resident in Shiraz, was arrested and taken to Adelabad Prison. She remains in legal limbo without access to adequate medical care.

She has developed stomach bleeding, while prolonged interrogations have worsened a pre-existing eye condition. Doctors warn her eyesight is at serious risk, with potential for bleeding and permanent damage.

Although some initial treatment was provided, it is insufficient. She requires specialized care, regular monitoring, and ongoing medical access.
