@Pippers02@ArianRahmatzai@synticfaye@FelixOesinghaus These tweets spread like wildfire and ruin people's reputation. Unless you have a HUGE online following you're defenseless pretty much. Big creators need to be more responsible with the accusations they put out because it can cause serious harm.
WRONG!!!
Please verify information before posting accusations online, as this can unfairly damage the reputation of honest artists.
The Book Nook banners (Library & Corridor) were created in collaboration with the artists @synticfaye & @FelixOesinghaus and are NOT AI-generated.
@Lumituber@Niji_Artworks Wrong. The ban also applies to banners, ads and decorations. Throughout the weekend, affected items were repeatedly taken down, and some stalls were even closed completely.

The most effective way to address rule violations is while the event is still taking place - not after everyone has already gone home.
People, please!
It’s absolutely your right to be upset about AI content at conventions. But posting pictures after the event, venting your frustration into the internet, and potentially accusing innocent artists without proper evidence does not help anyone and even can make-

If you genuinely want to help combat AI-generated content, please report suspicious cases during the event. That allows organizers to investigate, take action where necessary, or clear up misunderstandings if the work-
@Lumituber Hi, I am the artist who painted the stage background. Please be careful before u accuse people and maybe do some research first. :) Here u can see some of my progress. Please ask first before you make assumptions. The other wall was made by another artist- ask in the discord pls.
@synticfaye@FelixOesinghaus -halls and enforce the rules. With a venue of this size and more than 2,000 exhibitors, it is still possible that individual cases go unnoticed. This is exactly why reporting suspected violations on-site is so important.

@synticfaye@FelixOesinghaus There was unfortunately some AI-generated content in the Food Corner. However, DoKomi has no authority over the catering area, as the vendors there are organized through Messe Dusseldorf and its catering partner.

Freue mich auf euren Besuch!
Ich hab nur eine kleine Menge vom Dokomi Merch dabei!
Hoffe es wird nicht regnen 🙏
I hope that by stepping back, I can eventually reconnect with why I started all of this in the first place.
Thanks to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far. Your support means the world ❤
(Longer explanation on Insta)
I’ve been quietly struggling with something for a while now.
As much as I love the work I do for DoKomi and all the opportunities that came with it, I’ve lost touch with the artist part of me - the one that just wanted to create, connect, and be part of a community.
Balancing both sides - being an organizer and part of the artist scene - has become more and more difficult.
I think it’s time to let go of this version of my artist self.
Not immediately (still gotta clear out all that old merch lol), but soon.
*sigh*
My resting bit*h face is realy a curse. And the fact that I'm also introverted and extremely shy around strangers doesn't make things any better :'(
