@CharlesSchwab ESU19 trading failure again, this is not acceptable again. ESU traders shut out all night, on a night w a lot of valuable movement. Can't place or modify stops, no risk management, no trade:(. Spoke to overnight futures desk at 8pm still not fixed 1234am!
