@RutgersAltRoute A4: One challenge is making sure assessments measure growth, not just final results. Sometimes students may feel discouraged if they only focus on grades. An opportunity is using more feedback, reflection, and chances to improve so students can learn from mistakes. #TeacherEd

@RutgersAltRoute A3: I think AI in education brings some challenges if our students aren't using it correctly. I think students relying on it too much, it has possible misinformation, and it brings concerns about academic integrity as they copy and paste assignments to ChatGPT.
